TITLE: Office Co-ordinator
BUSINESS FUNCTION: Business Support
LOCATION: Ipswich Outskirts
HOURS: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday
This is a key position within a busy tech company. You will provide a high level of administration support to the whole team and take care of all the needs of the office. This is a very varied position where you will really be involved in every aspect of the business, ensuring the office runs as smoothly as possible and that time is managed effectively.

What you'll be doing
Providing varied support services to the team, manging demands and prioritising is a must
Drafting internal communications and the company newsletter
Monitoring managers' diaries to ensure efficient time management
Preparing reports for managers such as staff holidays, budget reports and project updates etc.
Preparing meeting rooms and assistance with arrangements for meetings including documentation, refreshments and minutes
Assistance with travel quotes and bookings, expenses etc.
Assisting Project Managers as needed including purchasing of goods / services and invoicing
Co-ordination and management of social functions
What we're looking for
Due to the location a diving licence and car are essential
Excellent communication skills and solid writing skills are a must
The ability to manage conflicting demands of team members and the ability to prioritise your own and others workloads
A good solid administration background with exceptional organisation skills
The ability to be flexible with an ever-changing work load
IT skills including MS packages
Someone who really takes pride in their work and shows this in everything they undertake
