"Would you like to join a busy country pub, cooking fresh food from local suppliers where possible?" This is a small family business where they treat their staff as "family". The pub classics menu stays the same but the seasonal menu regularly evolves when something becomes available on the market. Applicants should have a solid grounding in kitchens with relevant college qualifications. Daily duties include mis en place for all sections and being involved in service. In return you will receive a high level of training in a relaxed but professional environment, where your input and menu ideas will be considered to ensure your kitchen skill sets are developed. The salary is a ball part figure as they pay by the hour. Tips are extra and split between the staff members (not owners!) on a # of shifts worked basis.
