This is a great opportunity for Registered Manager who will be integral in leading the team to shape and develop the service strategy, and inspire the staff team to provide the highest quality of person-centered support. The successful candidate will have an excellent working knowledge of CQC standards and associated regulations, with exceptional leadership and organisational skills.

*Responsible for the management and supervision of staff to enable them to maximise their potential, through leadership, coaching, example, support and guidance.
*Responsible for budget management.
*Adhering to all CQC regulations and raising standards of care where necessary.
*Be responsible for the negotiation of contracts and fees with Local Authorities and PCTs for new and existing services.
*You will be required to maintain the high care standards that have been set in the home, and be an excellent manager of staff.
Essential Requirements
- Must be experienced in Care Management specifically with people who have learning disabilities
- You should hold a Level 5 diploma or eligible to complete the Level 5 Diploma.
- Must be approachable, reliable and passionate about caring working in care.
- Must have a full clean driving license

Previously successful candidates have come from a Home Manager or Service Manager type position and worked with Learning Disability, Autism, challenging behaviour or complex needs for Adult services.
