Contact Centre Advisor
We have a new permanent job opportunity available to work within the automotive industry. You will be working in a purpose built building on the outskirts of Chelmsford City centre. We are seeking a team player to join them in their small, friendly Contact Centre as a Contact Centre Advisor. We have an opportunity available to work in their Sales Department and an opportunity available to work within their Service Department. This is a great way to start your career in an ever growing industry.
In this role you will provide a first class customer experience promoting their customers for life policy and advising of upgrades that are available to them. You will be making outbound telephone calls to previous customers to ascertain their needs, and offer them improved models to and advise of the differences. The most successful way you will achieve this is by building relationships over the telephone with each customer you talk to and then discussing offers and promotions with them. You will also be required to book appointments for the customer to visit the show room to receive a first class face to face service.
For the Sales Department opportunity you will be rewarded with a guaranteed basic salary of £15`600, which increases to £16`000 after your six month probation period. On top of this, you will earn commission which is realistic to earn £22`450 in your first year.
In the Sales Department you will work forty hours every week. They are open Monday to Friday 8 am to 7 pm and you will work 8 am to 5pm for two weeks, 9 am to 6 pm for one week and 10 am to 7 pm for one week (example times, may differ). This is all on a four week rota. They are also open 8.30 am to 5.30 pm every Saturday and 10.00 am to 4.00 pm every Sunday. You will work the weekend 1 in every 3 and you will receive two day offs in the week when you work this weekend. If you are able to work Wednesday to Sunday every week it would be beneficial, although this is not essential.
For the Service Department opportunity you will be rewarded with a guaranteed basic salary of £15`600, which increased to £16'000 once you pass your probation at six months, plus commission which is realistic to earn £21`000 in your first year.
In the Service Department you will work forty hours every week. They are open Monday to Friday 8 am to 6 pm and you will work shifts such as 8 am to 5pm for two weeks, 9 am to 6 pm for one week and 10 am to 7 pm for one week (examples and may differ). This is all on a four week rota. They are also open 8.30 am to 12 pm every Saturday and you will work 1 Saturday in 3 and you will receive one day off in the week when you work this Saturday. If you are able to work Wednesday to Saturday every week it would be beneficial, although this is not essential.

To be considered for this amazing opportunity you will need to be customer orientated, with an excellent telephone manner and experience of talking to customers over the telephone. You will be able to build a rapport with customers quickly to ensure satisfaction targets are met. Previous experience in a sales role is preferred, but this is not essential.
