Junior 1st Line / Helpdesk Support - Sevenoaks Junior 1st Line / Helpdesk Support - Sevenoaks. Our growing client based near Sevenoaks, Kent is currently looking for an enthusiastic Junior 1st Line / Helpdesk Support. The role involves the provision of Helpdesk Support Services via telephone, email and in person to all users of our client's networks. The role will be based near Sevenoaks, Kent. The role requires an excellent understanding of, and commitment to good customer service, along with a solid understanding of I.T. To provide IT service support to all business users, logging incidents, problems, changes in an internal ticket system and diagnosing and managing the issues and providing a resolution in adherence with strict Service Level Agreements Knowledge and Abilities: Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems Basic understanding of WAN and LAN technologies Installation of Microsoft Office production applications Configuration of Microsoft Outlook from and end user prospective Installation of both local and network printers Good broad working knowledge of computer and network connectivity technologies at the hardware level. Experience of configuring and supporting mobile phones Good understanding of installation and use of the main productivity applications: o Adobe Acrobat Reader o Adobe Pro o Microsoft Office 2010/2013 including: o Microsoft Word 2010/2013 o Excel 2010/2013 o Outlook 2010/2013 o Power Point 2010/2013 o Access 2010/2013 General Understanding of software licensing laws and the importance of compliance Willingness to participate in technical and none technical training where required Junior 1st Line / Helpdesk Support - Sevenoaks.
