Job Title: Hospitality Operations Manager Location: Maidstone, Kent Salary: £15,825 - £17,300 (£12,931 - £14,027 pro rata) Job Type: 30 hours per week, 52 weeks per year Closing Date: Sunday 20th August 2017 Interview Date: TBC Our Client is seeking to appoint a part time Hospitality Assistant to join their team. This role is based at the Incuba college site however the job holder may be required to work at other local college sites as directed by the Head Chef. The successful candidate will be providing food and beverage services to our business occupants, visitors, guests and staff. You will be required to ensure that the food and delivery of the catering service is to the highest standard of health and Safety and complies with all associated environmental health regulations. Other responsibilities include stock control, washing up of crockery and cutlery, ordering, displaying, correct storage of produce, keeping areas clean and tidy. You must hold a basic Hygiene Certificate and preferably an NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in catering or willing to work towards. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a very busy kitchen environment. Excellent communication and organisational skills are another pre-requisite, as is the ability to be an effective team member. All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure.
