We're looking for someone that has the skill and knowledge to be a credible Senior Technician to support the Customer Projects Team in Essex. You'll already have an excellent knowledge of the water network methods and will be looking for a new role to apply, extend and develop that knowledge. Reporting to the Customer Projects Area Manager, you will support the technical management of a team of Customer Field Services project technicians working in Common and Single Supply Pipe Renewals across our area of supply in Essex. Coaching the team to solve problems and leading by example in areas such as Health and Safety, Efficiency and Customer Service. Have the ability to communicate your technical expertise to both internal and external customer, you'll provide advice and be a point of contact for support. A key part of this role will also include working with our Service Partners to ensure that the renewal work is delivered on target whilst ensuring first class Customer Service continues to be delivered.
