Fixed Term until 31 December 2017
Salary within the range of GBP18,746 to GBP28,365 per annum
28 hours per week (up to 18.5 teaching hours and 9.5 preparation and other duties).
Required to teach and assess on the UAL level 2 Diploma, Level 3 Diploma and Level 3 Extended Diploma in Music courses and elements of music within the other Creative Arts study programmes, you will be passionate and self-motivated with proven expertise of the music industry.
You should have a high standard of instrumental/vocal expertise and must be able to teach to a grade 8 standard in your 1 st study. You should have some knowledge of music theory along with an interest in a wide range of musical styles. Previous teaching experience is desirable, and you should have a degree in a related area (or equivalent professional qualification) along with a teaching qualification or a commitment to obtaining one within a specified period
