Robert half finance and accounting are actively recruiting for a temporary reconciliations clerk to support a well-established telecommunications business in Maidstone. The role is being offered as a 6 month temporary assignment. With onsite parking the business is looking to recruit a target driven reconciliations clerk that can demonstrate a can do attitude to join a high performing finance team Key Responsibilities. - Bank, statement and supplier reconciliations. - Perform large volume client invoice and reconciliations. - Deal with supplier queries. - Bacs payments. - Liaise with business partners to ensure reconciling discrepancies are investigated and resolved in a timely manner. - Identify reconciliation process improvements and recommend areas for change. - Ad hoc duties. - Your Profile The successful reconciliations clerk is likely to have had previous reconciliation experience, specifically in dealing with high volume bank reconciliations. Good Excel skills are required and you will be asked to complete a short Excel test prior to being put forward for the role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritise various tasks, as well as excellent communication skills, both written and spoken are necessities.
