The Team and Role This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some customer service experience to join our wider Support team based out of our office in Ashford, Kent. The Requirements Main Duties and Responsibilities: - To deliver an exemplary level of customer service. - To manage customer support incidents for our supported services. - To assess support incidents - Assess and agree on impact/urgency with the customer. - Resolve or escalate according to priority. - To instill confidence in the customer whilst showing empathy and understanding. - Have the ability to work unsupervised and in non-standard office hours. - Ensure focus on incident resolution is maintained. - Record accurate support request details in the Advanced Health & Care service management tool. - To perform reasonable alternative duties as required by Advanced Health & Care to maintain customer focused, clinically trusted and profitable systems. - Work outside of normal office hours according to the needs of the business.
