Operations Administrator - Chelmsford

Would you like to work in stunning offices based right in the heart of Chelmsford? An opportunity has arisen for a professional Operations Administrator to join a friendly, hard working team on a permanent, full time basis. Duties will include;

  • First point of contact for clients
  • Meeting and greeting
  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Taking messages
  • General administration
  • Monitoring compliance
  • Liaising with clients via telephone and email
  • Answering queries
  • Dealing with complaints
  • Booking, amending and cancelling appointments
  • Sending confirmations
  • Collecting and processing correspondence

You should have/be;

  • A strong administration background
  • High levels of customer service skills
  • Excellent communicator both verbal and written
  • Highly presented
  • Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Able to manage your time and workload effectively
