Office Angels is proud to be recruiting for a Client Account Administrator for a temp to perm role based in Erith. The role is fast paced and varied and will require you to learn quickly during the initial temporary period, and following the successful completion of this you will then convert to a permanent role with a salary of GBP22-24k.

This role is our priority and so you must be available to interview and start with immediate effect.

The main duties will include;

  • Maintaining relationships with live client accounts, taking orders, checking information is full and correct and inputting onto the system
  • Being first point of contact for new and existing clients, investigating account queries and passing on new business leads/enquiries to the Sales Reps to follow up
  • Providing administrative support to a small team of field based Sales Reps

The successful candidate will be;

  • Driven, self motivated and enjoy managing their own workload
  • An excellent communicator both written and verbally
  • Confident in MS Office and database management, ideally with experience in managing sales orders and stock
