Viewings Administrator (Suffolk 17.5-18k DOE + 10% bonus & commission)
A Viewings Administrator is required to join a growing team for one of the UK's most high profile, award winning ‘Online Estate Agents of the Year' based in Sudbury, Suffolk. Working to clear targets and structured performance standards you should be a motivated self-starter, committed to achieving and exceeding your personal targets, whilst ensuring you deliver the very best levels of service to our clients at all times.
Please note that this role is currently based in Sudbury, Suffolk until June 2017 when my client will be relocating to a town centre location in Colchester, Essex.
Your new role
As a Viewings Administrator, you will pride yourself in customer service, responsible for managing all inbound enquiries, liaising with applicants to help arrange their viewings, and ensuring you maximise every opportunity to cross sell additional services.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of one years' experience within a sales or customer service based role and enjoy dealing with the public. First class communication skills are essential with a ‘can do' attitude working as part of a team. Candidates should have GCSE grades A-C in English and Mathematics.
